Who are we?
We are a small, family run online business based in the United States. We started our business because of our love our family and their love for their little furbabies. We wanted to combine both this passion for our feline friends and our passion for creative design to give our customers aesthetically pleasing kitty themed products and gifts for all cat lovers in the United States. We hope to build a strong community on social media for cat lovers and owners, to share our love of cats, have fun, help each other out, find friends, or simply have a good old conversation with kitty lovers just like us.
Why choose us?
We pride our choice to stick with a made to order business model. This is so that we do not waste and throw away product's like other major clothing brands do. Our goal is to provide a process that when a shirt, sweater or any other article of clothing that you buy is created, it is created with you in mind.
We have worked diligently to ensure our primary vendors use high quality materials. We also work close with our designers to ensure you receive a product that you and/or your love ones will cherish.
How long does it take to receive my order?
With our made to order business model, our production process typically takes 2 - 3 business days. Once the Products have been created and packaged, delivery typically will take between 2 - 5 business days. Overall you can expect to receive your package between 5 - 10 business days. Please note, the delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.
What are the delivery costs?
Our standard shipping rate is $4.99 per order within the United States. Even better though, we also provide FREE delivery for orders over $50.00!
Where is my order?
All items are shipped out with tracking numbers. If you haven't received your tracking number please drop us an email to support@saucykitty.com, and we can check it for you.
I haven't received my order yet
Please leave 1 week for delivery before contacting us.
USPS service aims to deliver within 2 - 5 days, but it is not guaranteed. Your package can be considered lost only 7 days after the mailing date. In this unfortunate event we will offer a refund or re-send after USPS has confirmed the missing mailpiece. We cannot process claims earlier than this date. USPS delays are outside of our control.
I have changed my mind about the purchase, can I get a refund?
Saucy Kitty is built on a made to order model, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
My item is faulty/wrong
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, SaucyKitty offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team emailing us at support@saucykitty.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
Please note, if we receive the returned item used, damaged and not re-sellable condition, we will not process a refund. Any faults or damages you find must be photographed and reported to us in advance before you post it back.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently not, we hope to spread our reach outside the United States in the near future. Join our mailing list to get the latest updated!
